Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Wish they carry more car accessories stuff such as audio cables, adapters etc. Had to run the gauntlet across the highway to Auto One to get some cables
Legitimately no idea what they are on about. The one guy in the shop who had the slightest idea was on his phone a few meters back and didnt want to be bothered.. Eventually he came over when i called him directly telling him to do his job. Got my ve ss nolathane strut tops. No lube and assured i dont need lube. Service is a joke. Website is absolute trash and i feel sorry for the guys in store for that. Company is obviosly a joke. Just go to a1.

Went in right before closing as I had bought the wrong bulb for my car's headlight. The staff member who assisted me (long, light coloured hair) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was very happy to process my refund and answer my questions, as I genuinely had no idea what product I needed to buy.
Wanted some wiper blades for my truck. The fat fool behind the counter and his mates were no assistance whatsoever.

Great customer service. Good range of products
Wow. I brought in a piece of radiator hose a few weeks ago and asked if Repco had anything similar. The attendant behind the counter barely even glanced at my sample and then very abruptly said “Nup. You’re wasting your time here. Go somewhere else”. I went across the street to Auto One and although they didn’t have the hose I needed, they recommended several places that I could find it. I have heard from a few people that the service in Repco stores was notoriously bad but I didn’t believe it. I thought it was a series of isolated incidents. How wrong I was.
Service was great! The boys who served me knew their product and were really helpful.
Placed an on line order for collection.
Had excellent response communication.
